Yes, of course the metric system of measurement, started in France after the revolution, now "the international system of units", is the only sensible system for me -- and IN MY OPINION the long scale is the only logical and sensible way to name large numbers!

If the world will revive the revolutionary calendar, I accept it, if not, I continue using BCE and CE in year notations, and there I don't have any Christ in my mind.

Hours, minutes and seconds must not be touched! It is just good that we still have some relics of the Babylonian civilization in our culture.
