saw the name Tambora

Yes, I did some searches after reading your post with the poem and saw the name Tambora. Most people are fascinated by the strongest volcano eruptions, and my experience with Pinatubo -- the darkness fell at 2pm or 3pm -- certainly does not diminish the fascination of this subject.
