6-Year-Old From The 2006 Amish Tragedy Has Died.

We were *UP-IN-ARMS* at the time, here at Girl Chat. Look it up. Some non-Amish guy took a bunch of Amish people hostage in Pensylvania, allowing everyone to leave *excep*t for 10 young Amish girls. He proceded to shoot every one of them. Many of them died. Senselessly.

Rosanna was the most severely injured of the survivors. She never recovered from her brain injury, though people say she still loved to smile. She has finally lost her battle at the age of 24.

I have become a very hardened person over the years. There are few things I haven't seen or experienced, and even fewer stories that stir memories which would make me hurt or shed a tear.

Rarely, my humanity still taps me on the shoulder. She was as innocent as it ever gets, and I feel she deserves just a moment of silence from any true girl lover.
