Louisiana & Their Removal of Balls Obsession

Seems to be a topic that comes up repeatedly over the years for them, but since there are two, the topic gets juggled on both the left and the right, yet for different reasons. Not making children is the goal on one side, but forget that part.

Girl lovers know all about the trans stuff. We at GC know all about "rapid onset gender dysphoria"...(affects girls more easily than boys, but affects both sexes, and we often or should HATE its utterly insince tactics.)

But then we look at the Right. Sure, we could easily trash Louisiana as one of the most shit-holiest states in the entire US, even from several GirlChat posters I've talked to personally. I could also talk about the state of affairs of their prison system, but really, why bother.

Louisiana seems to have an ongoing obsession with castration. WEIRD as that may seem, I've never understood their generalization.

So far as I can tell, there are no restrictions for castration beyond age difference ALONE.

Which means any socially undeveloped guy who is 18 can be castrated for having taboo relations with a 13-year-old who adores him as much as he does her.

Give me a kidnaping with a forcible rape, a maniacal laugh while torturing a kid mentally or physically.
