I very much remember seeing that photo you have linked. I personally like it, but I have my doubts we could legally use it.

It has seemed to me in more recent years, that much of the other interest that swirls around Alice leaves Mr. LC as a sort of side note if not completely ignored, and the depictions often carry with them a sort of negativity mixed with non-approving latter-day-feminism, which often judged or simply paved over the history behind the story. I'm sure not all reenactments intend this, but there are considerations for any reenacted photo.

I see the Dreamchild artist is a lawyer. All the more reason to be cautious about what we use. At any rate, this was something to be discussed. Nobody brought it up last weekend's chat session. Things tend to move slowly these days.
