... and I feel confident that I am winning that bet. There is no structural girlovism... and do not that there has yet to be an apology even for supporting sexism. I don't think there will ever be an apology for penis envy and hysteria... and such sexism is widely acknowledged as such and discredited.
The APA is made up of people who are eager to stay in the good graces of the paying public by being politically correct. The discussion of structural racism is a trending topic, so it's advantageous to them to make such a statement.
