I haven't listened yet myself, but in past years I've found it very enlightening on where Russia claims to stand without any go-between interpreters other than language. I find it incredibly informative. Be it a stream of lies or truth, you cannot come away from four hours without the honest jist.

I still always felt free to call truth or bullshit, even without western news organizations filtering and interpreting intent for me.
