Now that Volodya has officially annexed the Ukraine, the Ukraine will be fast tracked into NATO. With it as a member NATO will be able to invoke Article 5 (only ever invoked by 9/11). In all the subsequent NATO led operations the targeted regimes fell in a month or so. Some of the countries even became de facto divided among competing factions.
