Discovering how to commit to doing it regularly is the golden key.
I know some of our GC audience, and I am speaking mostly to them. I have had the same issues in life. Get outside. Walk. Hike. Buy a kayak and a life preserver and paddle. Anything. The movement and the expended energy will make you feel better. It will mediate your stress. The air will benefit you. Your thoughts will no longer be something to be avoided. If you can make it a habit, you will feel happier day to day, and you will live longer than being sedentary, angry, hopeless.
The human body requires MOVEMENT, and exertion, to feed your happy. Try it and take note.
