It doesn't.

At this point I don't know if Musk really wanted to buy them or just do a first level trolling. However either way he forced them to show that they didn't have the capability or the interest, or neither, to weed (see what I did there?) fakes out.

I know nobody using Twitter who isn't registered for professional reasons. As you know, I am in contact with a lot of young people: I know exactly zero with a Twitter account.
