I have never been in the army, but I have noticed that I am extremely punctual. If I must walk 58 minutes a day, I walk 58 minutes or more, not 57.5 minutes. If I must be somewhere at 12 o'clock, I am waiting there at 11.30 o'clock. I hate slack, sloppy people who don't keep their promises. They are causing me inconvenience right now, as you guess.
