Had a bit of a wobble yesterday...

...but feeling a lot better now. I was worked up because it's Summertime and there's more kids around. Not something I would normally be concerned about but I was getting unusually anxious over this yesterday.
I made a commitment years ago to stick with support and I was getting worried about maintaining the progress I've made. But I know I will not backslide. Not today. Not ever. I think it was just a one-off wobble but I got through it.
I rely on the Stop It Now helpline sometimes more often in the summer and talking through it with them yesterday really helped.
No laws were broken, no impulses indulged and no safety compromised, and now I'm back to feeling good again.
