First I checked if there are any new little girl singers -- there are none. Then I checked if there are any new classical guitar masters, no, and besides the classical guitar sounds a little boring now, and same with violin or violoncello, including Bach -- even he sounds a little boring now. Tried to remember all pop/rock songs that were dear to me in the distant past starting from the 60s, hell, I am so old. Nothing worth of listening there. I went thru all musical instruments in the Arabic and Persian and Turkish culture, but could not find anything worth of listening. Checked Thailand and Brazil and everything. Checked even Finland and Korpiklaani. Nothing worth of posting a link. Nothing that I would listen the second time.

So I must say like the Egyptian, Sinuhe: "I write it because wine is bitter to my tongue, because I have lost my pleasure in women (read: girls, my addendum), and because neither gardens nor fish pools delight me any more. I have driven away the singers, and the sound of pipes and strings is torment to my ear."
