Marriage has always involved two partners who are going to grow older. No one with sense gets married thinking "s/he's going to be really hot when they're 80!"

But sexual attraction is one of the things that gets the marriage off the ground.

By denying us that opportunity our culture has denied a large portion of its population any hope for a future.

Which incidentally was a really stupid move on their part.


(1) Make roughly one third of the men in your society into enemies, for no reason.

(2) Make sure there's no way for you to know who your new enemies are.

(3) Make sure your new enemy class has nothing to lose.

(4) ???
