There is a blocking anticyclone (is it the right translation?) here that makes this place hotter now than the Central or Southern or Western Europe. I have taken my daily walks, but I must be careful, because I am old and I have a COPD and I always carry quite a heavy backpack when I walk -- I must walk slowly, or else I might die of a sudden heart attack.
