Randomly mingling with kids in Central Park?

You can inculcate drugs, early narcissism, or any other less than sincere motive for this guy.

I never saw that.

I was still a kid, but I remember, I saw him just mingling despite his fame.

I heard the stories of random meets.

The city was fascinated by that.

Powers that be saw it as a threat.

Just, I'm not so dumb to not know the truth lies somewhere in between.
