The US Isreal and many countries have been fighting finance ( banker ) wars for a long time. Also, influence peddling and wars in various other countries, it seems just for the fun of it.

The cost of wars fought with tanks and fighter jets can be seen immediately. The costs of wars fought through finance and influence can be just as damaging if not more so but are not immediately seen. Much of what the US does around the world is done to prevent nations from developing technologically and financially. Which of course leads them to remain poor and destitute. That lack of resources leads to the usual casualties of being poor.
