They're "woke" anyway.

These days there are library systems where you can stream various content of any kind. You don't need Nutflix to present to you what content is worthy of watching. Of course, I know not everyone gets as aggravated as I do by what gets force-fed to me, whether it's entertainment or news or whatever. I can't help but see world views being fed to me, and so I cannot consume the grizzle. I prefer to be able to choose content myself.

I've also found that certain free streaming places that have adverts... those adverts are zapped away by certain browsers. Free content without ads. Not a bad deal. (I specifically do not mention sites or browsers, because I don't want to ruin a good thing!)
