Lies in the ability to perform a missile strike with frightening accuracy.
Yeah, Russians might have a few more nukes, but Americans have better tech and far more carriers and subs to obliterate an adversary.

I believe they will use it again. If Putin decides to play Hirohito, the USA will not hesitate to drop a nuke on the RedSquare.
