Corruption isn't a billionaire problem. It's a human nature problem.

Of course as you say if you are billionaire AND corrupt you have more chance to get away with it than if you are corrupt but middle class or poor.


To a certain degree it's the same with any ill behavior. But corruption has a greater chance to influence societal organization than most ill behaviors.
