Stephen Kershnar's video removed a second time

Philosophy professor and author Stephen Kershnar's controversial discussion of pedophilia, where he critiques the common moral narrative about it, was explained not only in a 2015 book but in a recent interview on the Brain in the Vat channel over on YouTube. The video was removed twice by YouTube after it was put back on after its first removal by the podcasters complaining of infringement of his free speech. Of course, this type of censorship creates the false impression that there is only one side to the matter of intergenerational romance/sexual contact.

The fact that this topic is so heavily censored proves its importance for discussion. How can you argue that the consensus is right if they refuse to allow dissenting views? What are they afraid of? That adults will start "offending" in mass numbers? Or do they fear the power of logic in the "wrong" ears?

More importantly, why boast about American fealty to freedom of speech if they only honor it when it doesn't seriously challenge the consensus narrative or if it doesn't offend too many people?
