My ideal would be to write very short poems, two or three lines. Not quite this short:

Night strips us naked

No, a little longer, two or three lines, maybe four. But I have had a lot of time -- many decades -- to notice that I cannot write poems. I am good at poetical prose in my own language that is as far from English as anything can be (except of course Chinese or Sanskrit), but I cannot write poems that start from the point A and end in the point B.

I have a few poems of my own, but just a few, and it is not possible to translate them into English.
