In reply to Question Regarding The Final Goal Of The Feminist? posted by kingsmen on Tuesday, February 01 2022 at 00:56:26AM

It seems that more and more rights are taken from young ones every day, at least here in America. Are feminist to blame? I think so, at least 1st and 2nd wave feminism to some degree. I think a lot of good came out of female rights but in turn young folks ended up losing a few rights in the process. Society just doesn't know what age an "adult" should be, and we are pressuring younger people to hold onto their youth for a longer period of time while also in turn giving them the entire internet to grow up fast.

A big example is smoking. Basically smoking is only 21 and older now. Younger individuals who are allowed to fight in wars are not allowed to smoke. I think some states are trying to push driving age up to 18. Younger individuals will lose their right to drive. Is that feminist fault? No. I don't think so. Its society's fault. And feminism is a big deal in our society.
