...as far as I recall, I don't think Gomez and Cosgrove got dragged through the mud by Disney or Nickelodeon respectively for being caught being ordinary teens like Miley was. They managed to conceal whatever they may have done that wasn't Disney-friendly well enough. However, I think Gomez had handlers that remained nurturing her image past the age of 18.
