Not entirely sure if I'm lucky to be American or not, especially relative to people in other developed nations. Certainly there are so many people around the world who'd want to switch places with me. Based on outside appearances at least. But we have our struggle. Internally and externally. I'm grateful for what I have but it's still a tough existence.
