What a shitty, directionless dumpster fire of dead formerly prime real estate with its legs spread wide for Black Rock to move in and ravish.

I nominate an eternal flame, sorta like the one for JFK that my parents took me to see as a little kid.

'Cept, this would be a dumpster that never fully extinguishes, with homeless drug-addicted actors trying to dig through it without being burned by the so-called patriarchy.
