Today I was at a restaurant and there was a pretty little girl sitting at another table, maybe about 4 or 5 years old. I don't think I had seen her there before, and I didn't pay much attention to her today. In fact, she had two younger brothers with her and one of them was running around and playing so much that I uncharacteristically paid more attention to him.

Nonetheless, when the family was leaving she hung back a little to wave at me and say "Bye!"

Of course I responded by waving goodbye to her, too.
