Exclusives would prefer promiscuous girls because they are more likely to edit.

Non exclusives and teleios would prefer non promiscuous girls and women, up to virgins, to assure that they (the females) are reproductively exclusive.

Either is just a tendency, but there are biological reasons for that tendency.

Generally speaking there are biological reasons for everything. We ignore or dismiss them at our peril. We're still biological beings.

Additional evidence can be shown in species which are intersex (gut tapeworms, snails), transgender (some fish), feminist (meerkats) or whose type of inheritance is sexual but different (bees).
