I noticed that I almost always suffer a little.

Only very few moments are totally free of suffering, if something nice has happened to me.

I think it has always been this way.

No, I don't mean any hard suffering -- just a vague feeling, just very mild, low-level suffering, but suffering anyway.

This is not whining or complaining, I just state a fact.
