Millions of men restore. While it's true that you can't get back certain functions of the real foreskin, such as the rigid band, it is certainly possible to get skin back that can cover the head. It's a lot like a real foreskin since you can move it up and down over the head, and it will give the head back a lot of sensitivity.

Does take 5-10 years to restore, in most cases, though.
