I am not yet aware of otherwise legal material that becomes CP in a legal sense if a child's behavior has been coerced.

That's not to say there are not sadists who react to depictions of simple harm and non-sexual abuse with a sexual climax. I am just unaware of where this has been defined as illegal porn.
