I visited my sister and drank two days after that and recovered from that for another two days, which means I did not do any thinking work for two weeks -- so I give myself a vacation of one or two days only.

Besides I have a bone spur or osteophyte or something in my heel, so I can walk only 20 minutes a day. On one hand it is good, but on the other hand bad, I don't want that my physical condition deteriorates. I must buy such... you know... such things that are put inside the shoes... to help my heels.
