Ever studied GC's banner?

I can remember talking with Sheepy long ago, who claimed to have just made it. He was proud of it, but... it looks... strange.

First of all, the cowboy rancher hat on what appears to be an Australian girl was added later, maybe to hide its origin? Did Sheepy just like ranch hand girls? She and the middle girl are wearing uniform shirts, but why? Second, that arm! It doesn't look like an arm, but a male body part:D It's not placed where it should be on her body. It's too short and it's too skinny to be hers. The middle girl has altered Vulcan ears. The girl in the white shirt was clearly airbrushed in and could be a cheerleader, but also seems to have an Australian vibe to her. There is a hand holding a piece of paper on her left shoulder, but the hand on her right shoulder was air brushed in later. WTH?
