...more like Southeastern British English (speficially, Cockney) to me, at least if I correctly interpret your respelling as representing something like [bɒˀəʊ ə woːˀə]. Both the pronunciation of intervocalic /t/ as [ˀ] and the vocalisation of preconsonantal and syllable-final /l/ are typical Cockney features.
