Somebody recently gave me the "Big Book" because it helped them quit years ago. I read some of it, but I know the angle being used and I just.. meh. Like I said, whatever works for others, good on ya. Not gonna piss on anybody for finding what works for them. What would work for me is illegal in at least 97 countries.
