I hear it's a new popular delicacy up here, all the rage.. but only in the elite circles around DC, NYC, inner Earth orbit, etc.

We just call it ball cheese.

I hear the UN is debating recommending it to the unwashed masses as a source of calcium to spread upon their affordable insect protein.
