So...'a lot of people are being banned from VOA' (?).

Please clarify on this assumption before stating "a lot" please.

Banning persons only happens when they repetitively break the VOA Forum rules that are clearly stated with warnings given accordingly.

As a long time VOA Forum member for nearly 10 years now, I can only recollect having seen perhaps 4 or 5 people actually banned for rules be repetitively broken.
