Know what else an actual rapist has? A skin color. And it's pretty obvious when someone only wants to talk about that and only falls back on "they're raping our white women" when called out.

They know it's full of shit. They also know that cops drag those who get up and leave, back.

Mutualicide. It's actually fairly well supported under most states' and international law.
