I know it seems like I am attempting to avoid fulfilling what I promised. That is not the case. I am not ok with seding cash by mail as it is illegal and could be confiscated so a waste of money. However I keep trying to buy some BTC and now I am in contact with some local dealers to exchange cash for BTC. After that I can go on an pay for mail and finally donate to the website that kept me (kind of) sane for past 15 years.
