I believe something like four or five people have been convicted of drawn pornography in the United States - regardless, what does that law have to do with minor characters in games? Unless they're sex games what does one have to do with the other? And I haven't come across anything suggesting this law is being enforced more harshly. Of the few cases where someone was actually convicted, in most/all cases either there was suspicion of (real) child pornography which led to an investigation, or the person in question violated parole.
