Invoking the 25th amendment of the constitution for perceived insurrection isn't a legal use of it by any stretch. It has nothing to do with that. It does have everything to do with dementia. Now you may see why they threw it at Trump first.. to discredit it when it is inevitably and justifiably thrown at Biden ...well, provided his own people don't retire him first.

Now we know psychologists could artfully paint either guy however they wanted to, and mainstream media has already employed that, ad nauseum.

I'm not taking sides, but I do see a lot of assertions here that I've seen elsewhere, and I want to understand what brings people to certain conclusions.

This is the direct me that arrives here under the influence of Sumatran coffee rather than the obtuse and mostly politically averse potato vodka me:p
