Update their site so the send-us-a-note page is either removed or made relevant again. I think I remember them telling me a few years ago "oh we don't use that form anymore, you have to send us a private email." First of all, no. I don't have email for this part of my life anymore. Second, how is any new person supposed to even know that? Then you get a "HUH?" like they can't figure out that your problem is that their message-us feature has been useless for however many years:p

I would cut them some slack on the open times lately, however. They've been hurting for new (trusted) mods. Most people prefer to be the whiners than volunteer to offer support. That part is definitely not their fault, and for all we know, they don't have any control over the site, even though their chat got an upgrade some time ago.
