Years and years ago, when I was still a student and after I read some of his work. He's a nice guy and essentially, this was a now-closed window of opportunity to actually study this stuff which existed in the Netherlands around the time he was doing his research. I don't know what attitudes were toward men & girls, from what I remember all the research I came across focused on boys and men.
