Would a non-hostile "fuck yeah!" remark be permitted in an otherwise legal cartoon LG sig pic?

Also, would it be allowed to provide a private host link to said pic in a chat memo, rather than a direct email?

Going by the $75 rule, I'd gladly donate a month's expenses beforehand for that sig.

I'd donate another 11 more months after the fact, should the search feature suddenly reappear.
