"GC Supporter" sigpics have been updated

This sigpic has been added to all users' profiles who have made donations in 2020.

For now, this sigpic will be added for one month to all users who make a donation of $20 CAD. For larger amounts, this sigpic will be added for the associated amount of time; e.g., with a donation of $30 CAD, the sigpic will be added for 1 1/2 months.
