I got called a pedophile..

Just a couple of years ago in my late 20's I dated a 19 and a 20 year old. People would make little snide comments about how I was too old for her. One person even called me a pedophile. If only they knew this was me really going for older women. What's amusing was a guy at work was dating a woman 20 years older than he was. All the ladies loved that. It's ok in the opposite direction. I believe that these attitudes are a direct consequence of feminist beliefs. I never heard a guy complain about me dating a girl who was 19 or 20.

Whether or not one feminist out there makes a contrary statement doesn't count for much. I applaud her for being reasonable, but it doesn't change the reflection on the movement.
