One of my friends overdosed this morning.

He had gone out of state to rehab over a year ago. Yet it just got worse. Xanax took over his life. The last week he was popping dozens a day and posting the videos. I knew him for about fifteen years. We aren't 100% sure it was an OD yet, but that seems likely.

It is insanely upsetting but... life steels you. Two years ago one of my closest friends died from cancer. It was particularly gruesome. I knew him for twenty five years.

A lot of death has surrounded me in my life. I am sure being a pedophile has hardened my skin as well.

You must live life to the fullest for those that couldn't.

And if I become a demon,
so be it, I will endure the exile…
