I might be wrong but I remember "jd420" as some one I had much disagreement with. My memory is very vague now so it may not be true. But you sumed it up almost everything you listed involves "position of parent or caretaker," the actual definition of 'sexual abuse' (as opposed to sexual assault)

I do not think OP did that on purpose but some thinks did like getting to be authority figure. I mention it it my replies. That is a wrong way to go no mather the law.
