Some other ideas.
#7 Use your skills to offer private tuition. Many parents want there kids to learn an instrument, a language, a skill like computing.
#8 Open a business like a local games cafe or other public service where kids come to play.
#9 Put on community family events like a BBQ for the neighbourhood. You get to meet families and from there get to meet the lg's in the local community.
#10 Think of something unique you can add to your neighbourhood that will be a lg magnet and the parents will support. Maybe a pool or events hall.
