The funny thing about sickness is that sometimes by mentioning such ailments to others in certain ways causes the person/s they told to become more susceptible to illness themselves as if contagious by sharing thoughts alone, yet helps to alleviate the one who is sick to a certain degree in the first place.

Anyway, as much as I would like to make the connection of children to the overall mental and physical health of humanity throughout history more clear and visible right now, which in turn affects the environments we live in and how they were designed considering the qualitative state of health the politicians, architects and builders were in during that process, I will not for now because it is impossible to avoid negative aspects of health entirely anyway; though it really could be said, if the mental and physical health of humanity was in a better condition from the beginning, initially raising the children of the past to make smarter choices thanks to positive examples and outcomes of discipline, our environments would be safer, and you might not even be sick right now.
